Deadlines and basic requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Withdrawal periods<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3-day period: calculated from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-day delivery window: Goods must be checked for proper functioning immediately upon receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the 3 days have elapsed: no refunds or exchanges will be accepted, regardless of the reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Changes to the order<\/em> Changes of address: these can be notified by email to info@vxelvape.com up until dispatch. After dispatch: no further cancellations or changes are possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Costs and fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Undelivered parcels: in the event of refusal of delivery or an incorrect address, a surcharge of 30 % will apply to any refund. Postage costs: these are generally non-refundable. Restocking: a fee of 50 % will be charged for returned items that are undamaged but have already been opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Items eligible for return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only faulty products will be accepted. No refund will be given for goods that are in perfect condition and free from defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Excluded from return for hygiene reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E-liquids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mouthpieces, cartridges, heating coils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open tank\/RDA\/RDTA systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atomisers, coils, cotton wool<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Containers, atomisers, vaporiser heads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batteries, chargers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also excluded: free promotional items, bespoke orders, wholesale goods and any products that have been opened or damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Returns procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information required: full name, order number, date of purchase, product details (model\/colour) and photographic or video evidence (barcode, serial number, QR code).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns: These are the customer\u2019s responsibility and at their own expense. Depending on your bank, this may take up to a further 10 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clearance items: no replacement guaranteed, as these cannot be reordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.
