Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions

Information on logistics and delivery at vxelvape | As at July 2026

1. Order processing and delivery times

We are working to process your order as quickly as possible. The warehouse from which your order is dispatched is automatically determined by available stock.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–5 working days.
  • EU warehouse (subject to stock availability): Delivery within 2–5 working days.
  • International stock: Delivery within 10–14 working days.

There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays.

2. Parcel tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number. Please note:

  • The tracking status is often not updated until 3–7 days after dispatch.
  • If there are delays due to customs clearance, this update may be further delayed.

3. Customs and shipping providers

Delivery is made under the DDP terms (delivered duty paid and tax paid). This means that in the following regions, there are no customs formalities and no additional customs charges for you:

  • United Kingdom: Delivery via Royal Mail.
  • European Union: Delivery by carriers such as DHL, UPS, DPD or FedEx.
  • USA: Delivery via UPS (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Australia: Delivery via Australia Post.

Please note: As international customs regulations are subject to change, occasional unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, please contact our customer support team for the latest information.

4. Changes to orders and restrictions

Changes and cancellations Changes of address or cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Once the goods have left the warehouse, neither refunds nor changes of address are possible.

Delivery restrictions Due to particularly strict local customs regulations, we are currently unable to dispatch goods to Norway and Switzerland.

5. Further information

Shipping cover: Parcels are insured 100 % against loss or damage in transit.

Remote areas: Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional costs and take longer.
